Since the summer of 2015, TEXT has provided a data-rich, Stakeholder engagement platform to enhance the flow of information between the Stakeholders of one of the largest Electricity Distribution firms' in Pakistan.

We assist the following Stakeholders for our client: Industrial & Residential Customers, Officers as well as Linemen & Leadership. These Stakeholders use our established platform to engage & provide feedback, share suggestions, register complaints & receive information.

Our objective here is to assist our client improve its brand equity among Stakeholders, mitigate negative media coverage, integrate marketing communications, identify performance hotspots & provide automation of inefficient manual tasks.
